If you would like to enter as a team, each member must pay the entry fee.  If the team completes a total of 22 miles, each member will receive a team patch.

What is a ruck? 

A Ruck is just walking with a weighted backpack!

Rucking can help build endurance, strength, and character. 


We suggest 22 pounds for this ruck, but you can add or subtract what you need!  You do not have to add weight at all. This ruck is about the message, not the weight! 

The ruck begins at 8:AM at Complete Fitness, 130 E Broadway,Tipp City.  We will travel to the bike trail, and then head North towards Troy for 11 miles, where we will turn around and come back. We will have refreshment stations, with water and snacks, and transporters, along the route, to bring you back to the gym, if needed. Sign up and pay before March 19 for a t-shirt. All finishers will receive a custom patch.
